We make shipping costs super simple.  

All AU orders above AU$100 can be shipped for FREE using Regular Ground Shipping.

 

Australian Customers:

     $10 Flat Rate - Standard Shipping (3 - 5 Business days)   

$15 Flat Rate - Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

 

New Zealand Customers:

$15 Flat Rate - Standard Shipping

RETURNS  

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on ROKOLIFE. We're committed to providing customers with the most delightful shopping experience possible. We're always available and happy to help with any questions. If you need to request a refund, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receipt.

  • Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Non-returnable items include, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

 

How will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the order.

  • Typically, you can expect your payment provider to credit you for your refund within 14 business days. If you are having trouble locating your refund, we recommend contacting your payment provider for further assistance.

  • For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

  • ROKOLIFE does not provide reimbursement for costs related to return shipping, customs fees, taxes, postal fees or VAT related costs.

  • All ROKOLIFE gift cards are valid as a one-time use only. We unfortunately cannot credit wish gift cards back to your account once they’ve been used.

  

Cancelling Orders:

Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above).
